What is the difference between Canvas and Paper Prints?
The short answer:
Canvas prints are textured and are stretched on a frame to look like a painting on "canvas".
If you purchase an unframed canvas it is delivered to you rolled in a postal tube. If you buy a framed canvas it is already stretched and framed in a timber of your choice.
Paper prints are similar to textured postcard paper and can be easily framed. They are also delivered to you rolled in a postal tube.
The long answer:
CANVAS PRINTS
Canvas reproductions are printed with archive quality ink on 350gsm poly-cotton satin canvas that has a subtle texture for an artistic look and feel. Satin canvas is made from a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton.
Artworks printed on canvas have an additional 5cm blank border all around to enable the canvas to wrap around the frame when stretched.
TO BE NOTED: ‘SIZE’ refers to the finished framed canvas size.
Each print is dispatched with a Certificate of Authenticity.

PAPER PRINTS
Paper reproductions are printed with archive quality ink on 320 gsm 100% cotton, textured fine art paper. Its natural matte surface contains no optical brighteners, ensuring a light fast rating of over 100 years and its textured finish is particularly suited to large scale works.
Artworks printed on paper include a 1-5cm blank border all around depending on its size. Each print is dispatched with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Canvas or paper prints that are rolled in a postal tube are free of charge, within Australia. Please allow 7-14 business days.

Framed canvas or paper prints over 1m: $110.00
