Bend Like a Banana Pair

Bend like a Banana is a playful artwork, painted for my friend with whom I have shared many adventures. One of these was attempting to ski in Europe while our ski instructor begged us to "bend like a banana." The original artwork now hangs in her home in Ibiza, injecting bright and colourful vibes into their mainly white and tonal home.

With a bold mix of ultramarine blue, hot pink, and golden tones, the design also incorporates subtle hues of lavender, olive green, and light blue. The charming elements of palm trees, birds, sun rays, and flowers bring this artwork to life.

If you look carefully, there are five hidden bananas to find. This is also a nod to the bananas I went to buy in Aldi on that fateful day when I bought my first painting set instead!
