Blue Gum Forest Original Artwork

I’ve been dreaming of this artwork ever since I painted Mini Blue Gum and fell in love with the colour palette inspired by an ancient Quipu from Incan culture, where colours were created using natural pigments from minerals, plants and flowers.

Blue Gum Forest is a tightly woven assortment of species on a grand scale, designed to inject tonal colour into your world. The palette brings together terracotta tones derived from rocks, navy and soft blue inspired by indigo, and warm tans drawn from the natural colours of leaves and bark.

The result is an immersive celebration of the Australian bush — layered, earthy and rich with natural colour and texture.
